• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account suspension at any time.

After registration is complete, xe77 may request identity verification (KYC) from any member. Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.

Every account is protected by a password. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account. If your password is ever compromised, contact xe77 support immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If an account is inactive — meaning no transactions have been made for 12 consecutive months — xe77 may declare it dormant.
• If your personal details change (such as phone number or address), it is important to update them promptly.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, xe77 may temporarily suspend it pending verification.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Xe77 sets the maximum daily deposit limit.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. xe77 is obligated to report such activity to the relevant authorities in compliance with anti-money laundering laws.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from xe77. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without it.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum processing time: 48 hours (usually faster).
• Please withdraw using the same method you used to make your deposit.
• Winnings earned through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, xe77 may suspend withdrawals and carry out additional verification.

Before placing bets on xe77, you should familiarise yourself with the rules of each game and market. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xe77 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If an account is closed, members may request a withdrawal of any valid balance. However, funds will not be released until the investigation is complete.
